Core functionalities provided by the App include:

• Multi-point sequential clicking and tapping
• Automatic swiping and gesture emulation
• Configurable click intervals, cycle repeat counts, and touch durations
• Automation timers and scheduling
• Floating control panels and overlay widgets

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you download, install, and use Auto Clicker: MasterClick Pro. We respect your privacy and believe in complete transparency. • Data transfer & security: All operations and touch simulations take place locally on your device. Any applicable transit data (such as user-directed communications or developer correspondence) is protected using industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS).
• Data deletion: Because we do not collect, store, or maintain any personal data or user accounts on our servers, there is no remote database from which to delete user data. Users retain 100% control over local configuration files and can delete them instantly at any time via Android settings.

3. Information We Process Locally

To execute the automation commands that you set up, Auto Clicker: MasterClick Pro processes certain technical parameters strictly in real-time and locally on your device. This information is necessary for the mechanics of simulated touches.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

5. Android Accessibility Service API Usage

The Android Accessibility Service API (android.accessibilityservice.AccessibilityService) is a core framework component provided by the Android Operating System. Auto Clicker: MasterClick Pro relies on this API to deliver its primary functionality.

5.1 Why the Accessibility Service Is Required

On Android devices, standard applications run in isolated sandboxes and cannot programmatically interact with other apps or inject touch inputs into the screen without root privileges. The Accessibility Service API allows MasterClick Pro to simulate touch interactions on your behalf across the Android user interface, enabling automation without rooting your device.

The Accessibility Service is used specifically to:

• Perform automated touch gestures: Dispatch simulated touch down, touch move, and touch up actions at the exact screen coordinates you define.
• Execute single & multi-point taps: Trigger rapid or interval-based clicks on specific buttons, controls, or game elements.
• Execute swipe gestures: Emulate smooth directional scrolling or swiping across applications.
• Interact with device UI: Enable automation to run seamlessly across your selected target applications.
• Manage floating automation widgets: Facilitate the floating overlay toolbar that lets you start, pause, configure, or reposition click targets in real-time.

5.2 What the Accessibility Service Does NOT Do

We hold ourselves to the highest security and transparency standards. When the Accessibility Service is active, Auto Clicker: MasterClick Pro:

• Does NOT read or inspect your personal screen content: The service does not scan, capture, or log your messages, photos, emails, social media feeds, or documents.
• Does NOT record sensitive input or keystrokes: The service never monitors, logs, or transmits typed text, usernames, passwords, credit card numbers, or security codes.
• Does NOT alter device settings without permission: The service only triggers the physical tap and swipe gestures configured by the user.
• Does NOT run without your explicit consent: The Accessibility Service cannot be enabled automatically. You must manually grant permission through your device's Android System Settings.
• Does NOT transmit touch data: All touch dispatch calculations occur locally in device memory and are immediately discarded after execution.

6. How We Use Information

Any information processed by the App (such as coordinate coordinates and interval timers) is used strictly for the following operational purposes:

• Executing Requested Automation: Translating your configured scripts into physical tap and swipe commands on your display.
• Rendering Floating Controls: Displaying target markers and floating menus on top of other applications so you can control automation effortlessly.
• Saving Custom Configurations: Storing your automation scripts, multi-point presets, and interval settings locally on your device so you can reload them later.
• Exporting / Importing Configurations: Generating local backup files if you explicitly choose to export your automation setup to local storage.

We do not use processed information for advertising, profiling, behavioral tracking, user surveillance, or commercial monetization.

7. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures

We maintain a simple and definitive stance on data sharing:

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user data or automation data with third parties.

All automation parameters and touch configurations remain strictly on your Android device. The application does not transmit local automation data to third-party organizations, advertisers, data brokers, or external analytics vendors.

8. Data Storage and Retention

8.1 Local Device Storage

All user-created automation configurations, target point presets, timers, and app settings are stored locally on your device using Android's private internal storage (such as SharedPreferences and local database files). This data remains sandboxed and inaccessible to other applications on your device.

Locally stored configurations persist as long as the App is installed on your device. If you uninstall MasterClick Pro or clear the application's storage data via Android settings, all stored automation configurations and presets will be permanently erased.

8.2 Server-Side Retention

Because Newgates does not collect or transmit user data to remote servers, there is no developer-side database containing your personal data, touch histories, or configuration records.

8.3 Configuration Export & File Sharing

If the App includes functionality that allows you to export your automation presets as a configuration file (such as a JSON or backup file), that file is saved directly to your device's local storage or shared via Android's native system picker. The exported file is under your sole control; you determine where it is stored and with whom it is shared.

9. Data Security & Protection

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard information processed by the application:

• Device Sandboxing: The App operates within the Android application sandbox, preventing unauthorized applications from accessing MasterClick Pro's configuration files.
• Minimal Data Footprint: By eliminating server-side data collection and user accounts, we mitigate the risks associated with remote database breaches or unauthorized cloud access.
• Encrypted Communications: In the event of direct email communication or network transmission, secure HTTPS/TLS encryption protocols are utilized.
• No Root Requirement: The App functions entirely within standard Android security boundaries without requiring administrative or root privileges that could compromise device integrity.

While we employ industry-standard practices to protect local data, please note that no electronic storage method or operating system environment is completely impervious to security risks. We encourage users to maintain up-to-date device security patches and use official lock-screen protections.

To operate its automation and overlay features, Auto Clicker: MasterClick Pro may request specific Android system permissions. Each permission is requested solely to support genuine core functionality:

You retain total authority over the application and your automation data. You can exercise full control through the following mechanisms:

• Start / Stop Automation: You can instantly start, pause, or terminate any running automation sequence using the floating widget or notification bar controls.
• Revoke Permissions: You can disable the Accessibility Service or Overlay permission at any time through your Android system settings.
• Edit / Delete Configurations: You can modify, rename, or permanently delete any saved automation sequence directly within the App's configuration manager.
• Clear All App Data: You can delete all locally stored presets, preferences, and data by navigating to Settings → Apps → Auto Clicker: MasterClick Pro → Storage → Clear Data.
• Uninstall: Removing the App from your device immediately revokes all permissions and purges all sandboxed application files.

12. Children's Privacy

Auto Clicker: MasterClick Pro is a general utility tool and is not directed toward children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age applicable in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or maintain personal information from children. Because the application does not collect personal data or require account registration, there is no intentional collection of children's personal information.

• No Analytics Tracking: We do not track your personal activities across applications or sell device telemetry to analytics brokers.
• No Social Media SDKs: The App contains no social media plugins or trackers.

If the application utilizes network connectivity in future updates (for example, to verify in-app purchases or check for updates), such communication will be conducted securely over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and will not transmit your touch coordinates or automation profiles.
